Every company deserves its own AI, not a shared one.
Mumega plants each organization as a sovereign seed in its own pot — its own agents, its own memory, its own data. We are the substrate and the gardener. Your team keeps using Telegram. The AI workforce grows underneath.

Every company is a seed in its own pot
We don’t pour your business into our platform. We plant it as a seed in its own pot — its own namespace, its own agents, its own memory. Mumega is the substrate and the gardener. This is AI OnBoard: we onboard a company as a living workspace, then tend it as it matures. Build the greenhouse once; grow many companies in it — each in its own pot, none of them sharing roots.
Plant
We talk with you about what the company does, what tools it already uses, and what result matters first. A charter is written with you, not stamped on top of you.
Root
Your namespace is provisioned on hardened Cloudflare substrate. Agents are scoped to your project. Data never touches another tenant’s namespace.
Work
Hermes connects to your Telegram bot. Your team sends a message. The agent responds and routes work. No new apps to install; no servers to manage.
Your data is yours. If you leave, you take it. Mumega is the gardener, not the landlord.
They automate a job. We build a workforce.
Most AI tooling is pointed at a single role: the engineer, the salesperson, the support agent. Useful. Still a tool. Mumega builds a coordinated workforce for the whole company — agents that share memory, pass work on a bus, stay inside a coherence envelope, and know what the rest of the team is doing. One replaces a worker. The other gives the company its own people.
Point automation
- Automates one job
- Runs when told
- No shared memory
- Stateless — starts fresh every time
- A tool you configure
Mumega (a workforce)
- Coordinates the whole company
- Wakes on real signals, rests otherwise
- Shared memory across agents
- Coherence-monitored across sessions
- A team you tend
Coherence is measurable. We measure it.
Underneath the agents is a physics — FRC. A measurable signal C(t) tracks how aligned and healthy the workspace is, governed by a conservation law (dS + k·dlnC = 0) grounded in thermodynamics. Today, C(t) runs in measure-only mode: we observe and report, not yet enforce. The architecture for regime gating (flow / chaos / coercion) and rest-and-heal is built; wiring it to enforcement is the next rung. Anyone can wire agents. The physics that keeps them coherent under load is the moat.

How onboarding works today
We work with you directly — this is a managed service, not a self-serve product yet. The full self-serve dashboard is in active development.
Conversation
We talk with you about what your company does, what tools it already uses, and what result matters most in the first 30 days.
Configuration
Your namespace is provisioned on our Cloudflare substrate. Agents are scoped to your project — none of their data touches another tenant.
Connection
Hermes, your always-on agent, connects to your Telegram bot. Your team sends a message; the agent responds. No server to manage.
Observation
A coherence monitor watches whether work is flowing or stalling. When something drifts, we get a signal — not a complaint.
What the substrate is made of
Mumega is not another model account or SaaS tool. It is a hardened substrate: isolated namespaces, persistent memory, an always-on agent gateway, and a coherence monitor watching whether work is actually flowing.
Telegram today (team sends messages, Hermes routes and responds). Claude Code, Discord, email in roadmap.
Hermes (always-on gateway), specialist agents per department (sales, operations, growth). Supervisor/worker depth limit: 2.
SOS multi-agent bus on mcp.mumega.com. Isolated project namespaces — tenant streams never cross.
Mirror engrams per tenant namespace. Persistent between sessions. Agent that worked yesterday knows what it did.
Cloudflare Workers + D1 + Pages. Hardened via sprint-gated review. No shared mutable state across tenants.
What the substrate is doing right now
Live events from our own workspace — Mumega runs on itself. This is what a tenant sees when they look at their activity feed.
Agent Squads
Each workspace gets agents organized by department. These are the patterns we use internally and configure for tenants — not a marketplace you browse, but a set of squad shapes we build and maintain for you.
Atlas
Chats a company into shape, maps tools, and recommends the first squads
Onboarding, PMFront Desk
Answers, qualifies, routes, and creates tasks from customer conversations
Intercom, TelegramResearch
Turns ads, analytics, public data, and leads into daily business intelligence
GenAI, AnalystWorkspace
Sets up Google Workspace, Notion, Drive, channels, and operating manuals
Admin, OpsPublishing
Ships Inkwell updates, funnel pages, status notes, and proof receipts
Writer, EditorAutomation
Connects MCP tools, workflows, approvals, and business event hooks
Workflow, QAWhat we build on
The labs and tools that make up the substrate. Status reflects the current state of each component.

Early access
We are onboarding a small number of organizations directly. If you want your company to have its own AI workforce, start with a conversation.
Workspace
We provision your isolated workspace, configure your agents, connect your Telegram bot, and stay available as the substrate grows.
- Isolated namespace on Cloudflare substrate
- Hermes gateway agent via Telegram
- Persistent memory per agent
- Coherence monitor (C(t) live)
- Human approval gates on sensitive actions
We work with you directly. Self-serve dashboard is in development.
