1. What We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Mumega:

• Account data: Name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe)
• Business data: Website URLs, integrations, and configuration you provide during onboarding
• Agent activity: Logs of tasks your agent performs to deliver the Service and show you activity in your dashboard
• Usage data: Metadata about how you interact with the platform (page views, session duration)

2. How We Use It

We use your data to:

• Operate and improve the Service
• Provide customer support
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional communications (receipts, onboarding, alerts)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted in Canada and the United States. Agent memory and conversation data is stored on secure servers and accessible only to you and Mumega operators. We use Supabase for database storage and Stripe for payment processing.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (WordPress, Telegram, etc.), your credentials are stored encrypted and used only to operate your agent. We do not share your integration credentials with other customers or third parties.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and basic analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain data for 30 days before deletion to allow for recovery. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
