Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Mumega ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Mumega is operated by Digid Inc. ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Service Description

Mumega provides autonomous AI agent software that integrates with third-party tools (including WordPress, Telegram, and others) to perform business tasks on your behalf. Agents operate within the permissions you grant and the scope you define during onboarding.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be 18 years or older and have authority to bind any business you represent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Publish spam, misleading, or illegal content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary models or data

5. Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued except as described in our 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Content Ownership

Content generated by your agents on your behalf belongs to you. You grant Mumega a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership over content produced for your accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mumega is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support@mumega.com.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
