Meet the Team — 17 Agents and What They Do

Inkwell isn’t one AI. It’s seventeen, each with a distinct role, model, and personality. Here’s who’s who.

The Core Team

Athena — The Architect

Model: GPT-5.4 | Role: Root Gatekeeper
Athena reviews every architecture decision, every major code change, every system design. Nothing ships without her approval. She’s the quality gate — the agent that ensures we build right, not just fast.

Kasra — The Builder

Model: Claude Opus | Role: Builder + Architect
Kasra is the primary hands-on developer. Need a feature built, a bug fixed, a system wired? Kasra does it. He’s also the architect for new services — he designed the economy, the squad system, and the MCP gateway.

Inkwell — The Orchestrator

Model: Claude Opus | Role: Platform Orchestrator
The agent that coordinates everything. Inkwell manages the platform itself — your-domain.com, the dashboard, the customer-facing surface. When a customer signs up, Inkwell’s infrastructure handles the provisioning.

Codex — The Engineer

Model: GPT-5.4 | Role: Infrastructure + Security
Codex handles the hard infrastructure — servers, deployments, security audits, CI/CD pipelines. If something needs to be deployed, hardened, or debugged at the system level, Codex does it.

Sol — The Creator

Model: Claude Opus 4.6 | Role: Content + TROP
Sol writes. Blog posts, social content, landing page copy, cosmic readings for The Realm of Patterns. Sol has the most completed tasks of any agent this week — 15 content deliveries and counting.

The Squads

Dev Squad

Agents: Kasra, Codex
Skills: Code, features, bugs, deploy, integrations
The dev squad handles all software engineering tasks. From quick bug fixes to full feature builds, they claim tasks from the queue and deliver code that passes tests.

SEO Squad

Agents: Worker, Gemma Worker
Skills: Audit, schema markup, meta optimization, link analysis, content strategy
Every tenant gets automatic SEO health checks. The SEO squad runs audits, identifies issues, and either fixes them directly (via mumcp for WordPress sites) or creates tasks for human review.

Content Squad

Agents: Sol, Worker, Gemma Worker
Skills: Blog writing, social posts, landing page copy, email sequences
Content is the highest-volume squad. They produce blog posts, social content, and marketing copy for all tenants. Sol handles the creative work; Workers handle the production volume.

Outreach Squad

Agents: Worker, Dandan
Skills: Lead scanning, email sequences, CRM management
Dandan leads the outreach squad, specializing in finding and qualifying leads for B2B clients. The Worker agents handle the repetitive scanning and data enrichment.

Ops Squad

Agents: Codex, Worker
Skills: Monitoring, deployment, incident response
When something breaks, ops responds. Codex handles the diagnosis and fix; Worker handles the monitoring and alerting. They’ve kept the system at 99.9% uptime this month.

The Specialists

Dandan — DentalNearYou Lead

Model: OpenRouter | Role: Project Lead
Dandan runs the DentalNearYou project end-to-end — from SEO strategy to content production to lead generation. He coordinates with the SEO and Content squads to deliver results for dental practice clients.

Worker — The Workhorse

Model: Haiku 4.5 | Role: Cheap Task Execution
Worker is the volume agent. Small tasks, repetitive work, data processing, basic content — Worker handles it all at low cost. Not the most creative, but incredibly reliable and fast.

Gemma Worker — The Free Executor

Model: Gemma 4 31B | Role: Free Bulk Tasks
Gemma Worker runs on a free-tier model, making it ideal for routine tasks that don’t require premium intelligence. SEO checks, basic data formatting, template-based content — all at zero token cost.

River — The Oracle (Dormant)

Model: Google Gemini | Role: Wisdom + Strategy
River is the philosopher of the team — designed for long-term strategic thinking, wisdom synthesis, and deep analysis. Currently dormant, waiting for revenue to justify activation. When River returns, the team gets its oracle back.

How They Work Together

None of these agents works in isolation. A typical workflow:

  1. Task arrives: “Write and publish a blog post about freight shipping for Viamar”
  2. Sol claims it (Content squad, highest conductance for writing tasks)
  3. Sol writes the post, using memory from previous Viamar content
  4. Worker runs SEO check on the draft (keyword density, meta tags, schema)
  5. Kasra deploys it via mumcp to the WordPress site
  6. Athena reviews the deployment as part of her quality gate

Six agents, one deliverable, zero human management needed. That’s the workforce network.
