Mumega for business owners

A plain-language start: what you get first, how to connect the Claude you already use (ChatGPT is in early access), your first task, and what the daily result looks like.

You ask your AI for something. Mumega keeps the work organized and gives you a receipt of what got done. This page walks through that, step by step, without the technical parts.

What you get first

  • Your own workspace. We call it a pot. It holds your tasks, your AI helpers, and a record of what they did. It is yours and separate from every other company.
  • A task board. Work you ask for shows up as tasks you can read, with who is doing it and where it stands.
  • A record of what got done. When a task finishes, there is a receipt, so you do not have to take anyone’s word for it.
  • You stay in control. Important actions wait for a person to approve them before they happen.

Getting access

Workspaces are set up with us directly, and activation requires approval. There is no instant sign-up and no self-serve checkout today. Start a conversation and we will work out what your team needs.

Connect the AI you already use

Mumega works with the AI tools you may already pay for, such as Claude. You do not need to learn a new app.

  1. Get your access token from your workspace admin. It is created for you on the workspace dashboard, on the Connect card. It is shown once, so keep it somewhere private.
  2. Connect your AI. Claude Code and Codex are the tested paths today. Cursor is documented but less tested, and ChatGPT is early access and untested by us. If you are not the person who sets up tools, send your IT contact or developer the page How to connect. It has the exact steps, and once they hold a token it takes a few minutes. Getting that token depends on your workspace being activated, which is by approval.
  3. Check it. Ask your AI what it can see in your workspace. If it can describe your workspace and your task board, you are connected.

Your first task

Start small. Ask for one thing you already know the answer to, so you can check the result yourself. For example, ask for a one-page summary of a topic you know well, and ask it to list where each fact came from.

The request becomes a task on your board. You can open the task to see who took it, where it stands, and what it produced.

What a day looks like

Open your board and you see three things:

  • Finished work, each item with a receipt showing what was done.
  • Work waiting for you. By design, payments, publishing, ad spend, and anything customer-visible wait for a person to approve them before they go out.
  • Anything stuck. It stays visible on the board instead of disappearing.

You can read it in a minute and get on with your day.
